Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved to help your schedule and mine.
To ensure everyone has a pleasant experience, please plan accordingly to be on time for your appointment or don’t hesitate to contact us. Running late may result in abbreviated service or rescheduling.
Hair Cutting Service Policy
If an hair cutting appointment is cancelled before 24 hours no fees will be charged. No- show/ cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service. If you are needing to reschedule please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Color Service Only Policy
If an color service appointment is rescheduled before 24 hours deposit can be used for 1 reschedule. No- show / cancellation within the 24 hours deposit is non refundable and will require a redeposit to reschedule. If you are needing to reschedule please don’t hesitate to reach out.
